FABIC supports people of all ages to understand and change unwanted or non-preferred behaviours and live their full potential.
At FABIC, no person is ever seen for their behaviours, diagnosis, label or other defining characteristic. The key principle at FABIC is that at the heart of every individual is an awesome, amazing and lovable being.
It is the reality of life that our behaviours will not always match the beauty of our natural essence when we are confronted with challenging life situations that we perceive we are not yet fully equipped to deal with. It is common to resort to using behaviours that we would prefer not to be using. At FABIC these are referred to as unwanted or non-preferred behaviours.
Behaviour change is not limited to those who have high intensity unwanted behaviours. We all face challenges that lead us to resort to behaviours that we would prefer not to be using, whether they be relationship, parenting or family issues, smoking, overeating, under-eating, anxiousness or running on stress etc. The highly trained practitioners at FABIC are dedicated to supporting children, teenagers and adults from all walks of life to develop the understanding and life skills required to live their full potential.
